Need to cancel a bank transfer? Follow the simple steps below to quickly and easily cancel any transfer that is still pending. Please note that only pending deposits can be canceled.

Steps to Cancel a Pending Bank Transfer

• Open the App: On the home tap, you’ll see your Pending Bank Transfers list.

• Select the Pending Transfer: Locate the transfer you want to cancel from the list of pending transfers. Tap on the transfer to view its details.

• Tap on “Cancel Pending Deposit”: Within the transfer details, you’ll see a button labeled “Cancel Pending Deposit.” Tap on this button to initiate the cancellation process.

• Confirm the Cancellation: A confirmation message will appear to ensure you want to cancel the transfer. Tap “Confirm” to proceed.

• Transfer Canceled: Once confirmed, the transfer will be canceled, and the funds will remain in your account.

Important Note

Only Pending Deposits Can Be Canceled: Please remember that this cancellation feature is only available for transfers that are still pending. If a transfer is in process or has been settled, it cannot be canceled.
