Identification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

Per Trinidad and Tobago regulations, all users must provide a form of Identification and Know Your Customer (KYC) information.

• In Settings, tap on ID / Know Your Customer

• Identification Card Details

  • Tap the Edit

  • Select your identification card type of Driver’s Permit, National ID or Passport

  • Enter your personal information

• Politically Exposed Person Disclosure. Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) are individuals who hold prominent positions in government, military, or international organisations.

• Photo ID Upload

• To upload photo ID, tap Upload ID Card

• Take or upload a photo of your identification. Crop the photo as necessary

• Once you're satisfied, tap Upload Photo ID

• The new photo will be displayed as the ID

• For National IDs, you need to upload photos of both the front and back of the card

• Save Changes

Your ID will be reviewed and confirmed. If there are any issues we will contact you via email from support@peshmoney.com.
